What is Starlia Relief?

A watchOS app that closes the gap between body and mind. Your body reacts to stress in real time — your mind often catches up hours later. Starlia watches your heart rate; when it shifts above your baseline, a gentle tap on your wrist invites you back: one minute of haptic-guided breathing, one quick check-in. We learn, you grow.

How to join Test Flight?

Follow instructions HERE.

What to test?

  • Wear it through normal days — especially desk work. Open the app and monitoring starts automatically; leave it running in the background and go about your day.

  • When you feel a tap: pick the closest emotion face → breathe one minute (haptics carry the rhythm, eyes-free) → tell us Better / Same / Worse. All three are optional, but every label teaches the system.

  • Wrong buzz? Tap the calm face — it skips breathing, and it's the single most useful signal you can send us.

  • Want to check in yourself? Double-tap the monitoring screen anytime to name a feeling and breathe through it — no need to wait for a buzz.

  • Away from the watch? If your heart rate rises while the app is backgrounded or your wrist is down, you'll get a notification instead. Raise your wrist (with "Return to Clock" on) or open it when you're ready. Ignore it and it just stays a quiet record — nothing runs without you.

  • For something calming, swipe to the rightmost screen and start a practice session — tea, flowers, or meditation. Starlia tracks your heart rate through it with no prompts or interruptions, then shows how it settled when you end.

  • Watch the after-glow. After any moment Starlia helps with — a detected spike, a check-in you started, or a practice session — the heart-rate screen briefly shows the before→after change (e.g. 102 → 74 ↓28 😌), then fades on its own.

  • Try provoking it: sit still, then walk around. No buzz mid-walk = correct. A buzz after you settle back down = intentional (label it "physical" if that fits). It waits for your heart rate to stay up for about ten seconds, so a single stray reading shouldn't set it off.

  • Tell us about: buzzes that felt wrong, buzzes you expected but never got, battery drain, anything confusing on the small screen. A feedback prompt appears after a week — but don't wait if something bugs you.

Thank You
